RE: 2019 PROVINCIAL FAITH & WORK CONFERENCE PLANNING
In July 2019 we are privileged to again undertake a provincial roadshow in partnership with Christina Stanton and her team from Redeemer Missions.
The theme and focus of the 2019 roadshow will be South Africa@work: engaging the church and the world. Following are some preliminary details regarding the conferences.
- PRELIMINARY DATES
We are hoping to be hosting events in three different provinces this year. Here are the weeks that we plan to be in each location: - EVENTS COORDINATORS

We will then collaborate closely with each EC to ensure that the sessions are targeted towards their specific audiences. - EVENTS COORDINATORS
In order to ensure efficient use of everyone’s resources, we will be asking a specific church in each region to act as the Events Coordinators (ECs) for each province to market and bring together the interested parties in the region. We will then collaborate closely with each EC to ensure that the sessions are targeted towards their specific audiences. If you are interested in any of the sessions mentioned in the programme below, please contact us, so that we can put you in touch with the relevant EC for your province. - PROGRAMME
Our programmes will stretch over a maximum of three (3) consecutive days in each province. This year we are planning to have a selection of different sessions to choose from as part of the possible programme. Events need to be pre-booked by end of February 2019 in order for us to be prepared.
Below is an indication of what these sessions may possibly entail. Please note that many of these are not confirmed (“TBC” indicates that it is a preliminary possibility that has yet to be confirmed). If you are planning on coordinating an event in your area, please let us know which combination of these sessions would suit your event.

4. VENUES AND LOGISTICS
In order to ensure effective use of time and resources, we request that the events co-ordinator market one collective event in each province and get as many churches, individuals and organisations in that province to attend the collective event.
Venues need to be conducive to accommodate the type of session and the number of people. Detailed information can be provided once the sessions have been booked.
We are hoping to have a film crew at specific sessions to record the materials for further distribution. Please ensure that you communicate this to audiences if necessary.
We also plan to have relevant resources/materials for sale at each conference. Arrangements need to be made for the necessary Snapscan/Zapper facilities at venues.
5. PRE-CONFERENCE SURVEY
In order to be prepared for the audiences we will be serving, we would like to get a perspective on the FWE of the people who will be attending the different sessions. This will be done by electronic survey link, of which the responses have to reach us prior to each of the events. Events co-ordinators are to please facilitate the process of having the surveys completed when the time comes.
